For occupancy of 1 to 2 adults, we offer the Studio, located on the first level with approximately 20 m2 of space. During the summer season, the estimated rate is $1000 per night. We also have the One-Bedroom Condo, situated on the second level with access via spiral stairs. This unit offers approximately 75 m2 and a private terrace overlooking the hotel’s interior garden, with a rate of $1,500 MXN per night.

For groups of up to 4 adults, we have our Two-Bedroom Villa, which includes 3 full bathrooms and a front-facing garage. The villas have private exterior access and pool access through the reception. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and full bathroom, while the second bedroom has a queen-size bed and full bathroom. Both rooms are located on the second level of the villa, accessible only by stairs, with a rate of $1,800 MXN.

Our Panoramic Penthouse, located on the fourth level with access only by stairs, offers a spacious area of approximately 280 m2. This penthouse includes a large living space with high ceilings and a flexible room setup. It features two queen-size beds, one of which is a Murphy bed slightly elevated, with a rate of $2,900 MXN.

Cancellation policies vary by season. For details, please contact the hotel directly. Generally, our policies are flexible, except during holidays or the winter season.

Our hotel structure is designed to be earthquake-resistant, and the hacienda is strategically elevated to mitigate the impact of tropical depressions. In case of emergencies, our staff is well-prepared to respond promptly and evacuate guests as necessary. Each room and common area is equipped with fire extinguishers and clear instructions. During a tropical alert, our staff remains onsite to manage any emergencies.

Beyond the room rate, we do require a guarantee deposit prior to arrival. This deposit can be settled in cash or via card payment. Refunds for card payments may take up to 15 business days, whereas cash deposits are refunded on the day of check-out. The guarantee deposit amount is $2,000 MXN.
