Terms and Conditions
Thank you for choosing us at Hacienda Lord Twigg. Before participating in booking our dance studio for your dance classes and activities, please carefully read and comply with the following terms and conditions:
The studio is open from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Sunday. Classes and activities will be scheduled within these hours.
Registration for classes is available through the studio’s app on a first-come-first-serve basis. All participants must complete the payment process before attending any classes or activities (the studio fee is 250 pesos per hour). This procedure may include providing personal information and signing waivers. You must sign-in and sign-out at the front desk of Hacienda Lord Twigg.
Certain classes may have age restrictions or recommendations. Participants must adhere to these guidelines for their safety and the safety of others.
Proper dance attire and footwear must be worn during classes. This ensures comfort, safety, and optimal performance.
Respect for instructors, staff, fellow dancers, and studio property is paramount. Any disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal from the studio.
Please arrive on time for your scheduled classes. Latecomers may not be admitted to class, as it disrupts the flow and may compromise safety.
Classes must be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid penalties. Failure to cancel within the designated period may result in a fee. No-shows may result in the inability to book classes in the future.
The studio fee is 250 pesos per hour. Payment for classes, memberships, or any other studio services must be made promptly according to the agreed-upon terms and before the beginning of the classes.
Participation in dance classes and activities involves inherent risks. By attending classes, participants acknowledge and accept these risks. Hacienda Lord Twigg is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur on the premises.
Participants are not allowed to access certain areas of the studio, such as upstairs, without paying the applicable fee first at the front desk.
Participants may extend their time in the studio; however, payment must be made prior to the extension. Failure to pay for an extension may result in the removal of studio privileges.
The studio is rented out as is. Renters are responsible for any setup, equipment, or decorations needed for their event. Any damage caused to the premises during the rental period will be the responsibility of the renter.
Hacienda Lord Twigg reserves the right to remove the right of use for any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in behavior deemed inappropriate by studio management.
