Welcome to Hacienda Lord Twigg, a boutique hotel located in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. We are committed to providing a comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable experience for every guest.

Please review the following Terms and Conditions before confirming your reservation.

1. Reservations and Payments

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.

Under our standard reservation guarantee policy, the first night’s room rate, plus applicable taxes, will be charged to the credit or debit card provided at the time of booking.

Payment requirements may vary depending on the selected rate, promotional offer, or booking channel. Any applicable payment conditions will be communicated during the reservation process and reflected in the booking confirmation.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Standard Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their reservation at least three (3) calendar days before their scheduled arrival date and receive a full refund of the advance payment.

Cancellations received less than three (3) calendar days before the scheduled arrival date will result in a cancellation charge equivalent to the first night’s room rate, plus applicable taxes.

No-Show Policy

Guests who fail to arrive on their scheduled check-in date without notifying the hotel or cancelling their reservation will be subject to a charge equivalent to the full reservation amount.

Rate-Specific Cancellation Policies

Cancellation and refund conditions may vary depending on the season, selected rate, promotional offer, or booking channel.

The cancellation policy stated in the guest’s confirmed reservation will govern that booking, subject to applicable law.

Guests wishing to modify or cancel a reservation should contact Hacienda Lord Twigg directly or the booking platform through which their reservation was made.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in: From 3:00 PM.
• Check-out: By 11:00 AM.

Early check-in is subject to availability and prior approval.

Late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability, at an additional charge of $150 MXN per hour.

Guests requiring special arrival arrangements are encouraged to contact the hotel in advance.

4. Security Deposit and Incidentals

Upon check-in, a refundable security deposit of $2,000 MXN will be placed as an authorization hold on the guest’s credit or debit card to cover potential incidental charges, damages, or outstanding expenses incurred during the stay.

This security deposit is separate from any advance payment or reservation guarantee.

Provided there are no applicable additional charges, the authorization hold will be released following check-out. The time required for the funds to become available again may vary depending on the guest’s financial institution.

If applicable charges exceed the security deposit, the guest remains responsible for the outstanding balance.

5. Guest Conduct and Hotel Rules

All guests are expected to respect hotel property, other guests, staff members, and established hotel policies.

Guests must comply with applicable safety regulations and hotel rules throughout their stay.

Hacienda Lord Twigg reserves the right to take appropriate action in response to conduct that threatens safety, causes property damage, or significantly disrupts other guests, in accordance with applicable law.

6. Damages and Losses

Guests are responsible for damage to hotel property caused by themselves or individuals accompanying them, subject to applicable law.

Charges for verified damages, missing property, or outstanding incidental expenses may be deducted from the security deposit or charged through an authorized payment method, as permitted by applicable law.

Any additional charges will be communicated to the guest.

7. Services and Amenities

Hotel amenities and services are subject to availability, operating schedules, maintenance requirements, and applicable restrictions.

Hacienda Lord Twigg makes reasonable efforts to maintain its facilities and services. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond the hotel’s reasonable control.

Photographs and descriptions on the website are intended to accurately represent the accommodations and facilities. Certain amenities and configurations may vary by room category.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a reservation, guests acknowledge that they have reviewed and accepted the applicable booking conditions and hotel policies.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to applicable Mexican law and do not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
